Practical solutions to technical problems. I set up the systems.

Supplements, jewellery, gemstones — the industry changes; the problem rarely does. Fourteen handovers where there should be three, and a person retyping in between. I remove the joins.

No charge, no pitch. Thirty minutes on your process.

Who you are dealing with

I am Greig Bradley. I hold a first-class degree in Software Development. I have worked in technology since 2017, as a technical product owner and delivery lead inside large banks and consultancies. I now do the same work for businesses that cannot hire a team for it.

I work with small and mid-size businesses. I set up the systems, build the automation and hand it over to the people who use it.

I work remotely. I travel to the client for the kick-off when it helps. Based between Glasgow and Hong Kong, working across UK and Asia time zones.

What I do Three problems · one operator
01

Systems setup

“The data lives in six places and none of them agree.”

I put one system underneath the business and connect everything that was standing on its own — stock, orders, customers, the numbers you report on.

  • Platform choice and architecture
  • Migration off spreadsheets
  • Integration and data flow
  • Reporting you can trust
02

AI implementation

“We tried AI. It made a demo. It never reached the floor.”

I build the unglamorous part — the plumbing, the guardrails, the handover to the people who use it — so the thing survives contact with a real working week.

  • Where AI actually pays
  • Build and deployment
  • Evaluation and guardrails
  • Agentic workflows
03

Business improvement

“The process works. It just takes four people and a week.”

I map what happens now, find the steps that exist only because nobody removed them, and give the hours back to the people doing the work.

AI & agents Where the work stops being manual

An agent is not a chatbot. It is a small worker with a job, a set of tools, and a line it does not cross.

Trigger Context Decide Act Check Log Escalate to a person

Order triage

Reads every incoming order, matches it to stock, flags what does not add up.

Where it stops Anything above a value you set goes to a person.

Email to record

Turns an unstructured supplier email into a structured row.

Where it stops It never writes to the system until the row passes validation.

Daily brief

Reads the calendar, posts one message to the team channel.

Where it stops Read-only. It cannot change anything.

Where I stop

I do not give an agent the ability to spend money, email a customer, or change a price without a person approving it. Every run is logged. Every decision traces back to the input that caused it.

Before an agent goes live I build a test set from your real cases and measure it against them. You see the score before you trust it.

How I work Three ways in

Audit

01

One week. I map the process, count the handovers and give you a written plan with a price for the fix.

Project

02

Four to eight weeks. Scoped, fixed deliverables, one handover session. Most work sits here.

Retainer

03

A set number of days each month. I keep the system running and take on the next fix.

50% deposit, 50% on completion.

The exact amount is established through the discovery work. You see the number before anything is committed.

hours a year, sitting in repeat work.

About 18 working weeks of one person’s time.

Book a call about this

An estimate built from your numbers, not a promise about mine. It assumes 46 working weeks and a 37.5-hour week. What an automated system actually returns depends on the process — that is the conversation.
